Pacific Music deliver goods anywhere in Australia, especially remote areas.

Pacific Music predict the average time of local delivery to be 3 working days from time of order to goods landing at the store or designated customer address. In remote areas it could be 7 to 10 working days depending on the size of goods and delivery location.

In the case of print music, it is usually 2 days delivery depending on the time of ordering and destination.

Any goods that the customer has nominated to pick up from the Pacific Music store will be charged no freight.

There is a minimum $15 freight charge on all goods purchased on this site where the customer has nominated for goods to be shipped direct to their home or business in Australia. Any orders shipped via Sea Swift will have a $50 minimum charge, any larger orders will be charged at the same cost that Sea Swift impose.

Unless exceptional circumstances (freight is extremely small etc) or a freight calculation does not appear when it should, please contact Pacific Music on or phone (07) 40511499 for a quote.

Freight is calculated on Australia Post rates of cubic weight and by postcode. A surcharge is included in the freight price for remote areas.

All prices stated in the shopping cart after entering customer details include GST, etc.

Pacific Music strongly recommends that the customer supply a business address if the goods are required to be delivered direct, rather than collected from the store. Someone must be present to sign for the goods from 9am to 5 pm as, if the home address is nominated for delivery & no one is home, the courier will leave a card and return the goods to the nearest depot. The customer will then have to go to the depot to collect the goods or rebook the freight themselves and pay any redelivery fee.

Couriers may not be able to predict a delivery day or hour for the customer.


As soon as the customer hits the "Buy" button an e mail to the customer to confirm the order (with details attached) will be sent immediately to the e mail address supplied by the customer.

Any changes or out-of-stock information will be sent to the customer within 48 hours of the order being placed.

Normally most things advertised on our site are available for sale immediately but, due to the number of goods advertised and the dynamic, changing nature of our industry, not all goods may be in stock at all times.

Pacific Music makes every effort to keep the information as up to date as possible.

Customer orders can be taken at any time for goods that are not advertised on the site. The customer will be informed of a predicted delivery time within 48 hours of the order being placed. The goods may be delivered within that time.

Pacific Music endeavours to give the highest possible customer service standards at all times whether buying direct from our web site or from our store.

Customers are most welcome and encouraged to contact our store via the details provided on our websites and talk to a local, knowledgeable, experienced musician about the goods being considered for quality, unbiased advice.
