Pacific Music will happily refund or exchange the original purchase price of your goods with apologies in the following cases............
- If the goods have a genuine manufacturers defect that cannot be repaired easily & quickly.
- If the goods are significantly different to what was advertised.
- Not performing as they're supposed.
- The issue is brought up in the first 10 days of purchase. This time frame depends on the nature of the goods and will be taken on a case-by-case basis.
Pacific Music will not refund goods if........
- The customer simply changes their mind.
- The customer bought them for someone else who doesn't want them.
- The goods have been damaged after the purchase.
- The customer was made aware of a fault before they purchased the goods.
- Original packing is not provided.
If you have to send goods back in this process they will normally have to be returned to Pacific Music.
